Contest Official Rules

1. Grand Prize

The grand prize will be awarded to the creator of the first track that successfully meets all three contest goals simultaneously. Prize will be distributed via the creator's preferred payment method within 30 days of verification.

2. Winning Goals

To win the $5,000 grand prize, your track must be the first to reach ALL of the following milestones:

• •100,000 Streams - Total number of times your track has been played on the platform
• •10,000 Likes - Total number of users who have liked your track
• •1,000 Shares - Total number of times your track has been shared via the platform's share feature

3. Eligibility Requirements

• ✓Must be 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• ✓Must have a valid Tunami account in good standing
• ✓Track must be uploaded during the contest period
• ✓Track must be publicly accessible (not private)
• ✓Track must comply with all Tunami Terms of Service and Content Policies
• ✓Must be able to receive payment via standard payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer, or similar)

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Tunami are not eligible to participate in this contest.

4. Anti-Manipulation & Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Actions Include:

• ✗Bot Usage: Using automated scripts, bots, or software to generate fake streams, likes, or shares
• ✗Fake Accounts: Creating multiple accounts or using fake/purchased accounts to inflate engagement metrics
• ✗Click Farms: Using third-party services, click farms, or paid engagement services to artificially boost metrics
• ✗Stream Manipulation: Auto-playing, looping, or muting tracks to accumulate streams without genuine listening
• ✗Coordinated Manipulation: Organizing groups to artificially inflate engagement through coordinated fake activity
• ✗VPN/Proxy Abuse: Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to disguise multiple engagements from the same source
• ✗Incentivized Engagement: Offering money, prizes, or other incentives in exchange for streams, likes, or shares

Detection & Verification:

Tunami employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor engagement patterns and identify suspicious activity. We reserve the right to:

• •Audit engagement metrics for any track approaching contest goals
• •Request verification of account ownership and authenticity
• •Analyze traffic patterns, IP addresses, and user behavior to detect fraud
• •Remove or discount fraudulent engagements from contest metrics
• •Delay prize distribution pending thorough verification

5. Content Requirements

• •AI-Generated Only: All submitted tracks must be created using artificial intelligence music generation tools
• •Original Content: Tracks must not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• •Appropriate Content: No hate speech, explicit violence, illegal content, or content violating Tunami's Community Guidelines
• •Proper Attribution: AI tool used must be properly credited in track metadata

6. Winner Verification Process

When a track reaches all contest goals, the following verification process will be initiated:

1. Automatic Alert: System flags the track as potential winner
2. Fraud Review: Tunami conducts comprehensive fraud detection audit (5-10 business days)
3. Identity Verification: Winner must verify identity and account ownership
4. Content Review: Track is reviewed for compliance with all contest rules and platform policies
5. Public Announcement: Winner is announced on platform and social media
6. Payment Processing: Prize is distributed within 30 days of verification completion

7. Prize Fulfillment Terms

• •Payment Method: Winner chooses from PayPal, bank transfer (ACH/wire), or other approved methods
• •Tax Responsibility: Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting requirements
• •Tax Documentation: Winner may be required to complete W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent tax forms
• •Non-Transferable: Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted
• •Processing Time: Payment within 30 days of completed verification and documentation

8. Contest Timeline

Contest Period: This contest is ongoing until a verified winner is declared. Tunami reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time with 30 days' notice.

Early Termination: Tunami may end the contest early if fraud becomes widespread, if participation does not meet minimum thresholds, or for any other reason deemed appropriate. In such cases, no prize will be awarded unless a qualified winner has already been verified.

9. Disputes & Appeals

Disqualification Appeals: Participants who believe they were wrongly disqualified may submit an appeal to contest@tunami.ai within 14 days of notification. Appeals must include detailed evidence supporting the claim.

Final Decision: All decisions by Tunami regarding contest interpretation, eligibility, fraud detection, and winner selection are final and binding. By participating, you agree to accept Tunami's decisions as conclusive.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Tunami's Terms of Service.

10. Rule Modifications

Tunami reserves the right to modify these contest rules at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation after rule changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
