DMCA Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed, with sufficient detail to locate it (including specific URLs).
3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, andunder penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name will suffice).

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

• We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• We will notify the content uploader of the removal
• For counter-notices, we will wait 10-14 business days before potentially restoring content
• We aim to process all notices within 2 business days

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Tunami has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Our repeat infringer policy includes:

• First valid notice: Content removal and warning
• Second valid notice: Temporary account suspension (7 days)
• Third valid notice: Permanent account termination
