Copyright and takedowns

Tunami.ai hosts music that creators make with AI tools. If a track here copies a recording, a song, artwork, or a voice or likeness you own, tell us below. We act on valid notices within 24 hours.

What happens to a valid notice

  • The track stops playing everywhere on Tunami.ai, including embeds, and is removed from search.
  • The exact file cannot be uploaded again.
  • The creator is told, with the reference, and can send a counter-notice if they believe it was a mistake.
  • If they do, we send it to you. Unless you tell us within 10 to 14 business days that you have gone to court, the track is restored.

Repeat infringers

Each valid notice is a copyright strike against the creator, counted for a year. The first is a warning; the second suspends uploading for 7 days; the third closes the account, and its e-mail address cannot upload again. A strike that a counter-notice overturns no longer counts.

For creators

Upload only music you have the right to publish: made with an AI tool whose terms allow it (for Suno and MusicMaker.im, a paid plan), without other people's recordings, lyrics, artwork or voices. See the Terms of Service.
